Together, the residential charge addition means this is almost a £10 GBP fee per delivery to us which we simply cannot absorb any further. We do and have always tried our very best to be competitive on delivery pricing, but this residential charge is now in addition to a €5 EURO “Brexit EU-UK charge” which all the couriers imposed per consignment from goods moving from the UK into the EU since January 2021.
This fee is to cover the £5 GBP charge from our International couriers, both FedEx and DHL to deliver to a residential address. Profoil reserves to right to withold an order and charge an additonal fee for international deliveries to residential addresses.
